My Journey
Vineet Vishal
Hello Everyone, My name is Vineet Vishal from team Delhi. I was born in Chapra, Bihar, a place that may seem like a quiet dot on the map, but for me, it was where life began—with warmth, values and purpose. I grew up in a loving family where emotions were never hidden and affection was expressed freely. From the beginning, love and empathy shaped who I was and how I viewed the world.
As a child, I found joy in the simplest things. But two passions always stood out—cricket and lawn tennis. No matter how busy the day was, if I had a moment to spare, I’d pick up a bat or a racket and head outside. Those games were more than play.
They taught me:
• How to be a part of a team
• When to lead and when to listen
• The weight of responsibility
• And how success always meant sharing it with others
This early exposure to team spirit and fairness came naturally to me, probably because of the family I belonged to. We were always encouraged to help others, whether it was a neighbor in need or a stranger on the street. I grew up believing that kindness wasn’t optional—it was expected.
Then came a turning point in 2010. I got the opportunity to join SpiceJet. And that changed everything.
Stepping into the world of aviation was more than just starting a career. It was entering a space where responsibility meets precision and people’s lives, plans and dreams depend on your actions. SpiceJet did not just give me a job—it shaped me into someone more aware, more disciplined and more emotionally grounded.
Every flight taught me something new:
• How to understand different people and their concerns
• How to manage stress while still offering a smile
• How small gestures can leave lasting impacts
Over time, I began to see my role not just as a professional duty, but also as a chance to make someone’s journey better—one conversation, one solution, one moment at a time.
Today, when I look back, I see a path paved with memories, lessons and people who influenced me. From the open fields of Chapra to the bustling world of aviation, it has been a journey of growth, grounded in the same values I was raised with—care, respect and empathy.
To all those who love aviation, who dream of being part of it, I say this: Never lose the human touch. Because beyond the systems, protocols and schedules—It is always about people.
And if you can serve with heart, You have already taken flight.
Mr. Vineet Vishal (Duty Officer – New Delhi)
